Frequently asked questions

FAQ

How long until I receive my cross?

Every cross is made to order — crafting starts as soon as you order. Production is approximately 7–15 business days, then shipping is roughly 6–10 business days, free across the US with tracking. These are estimates, not guarantees.

What does “made to order” mean?

We craft each cross once you order it rather than holding mass stock. Production takes around 7–15 business days — your cross is torch-burned, resin-poured and engraved specifically for you.

Is the flag painted on?

No — it's poured in epoxy resin with metallic and pearlescent pigments, so the stars and stripes have real depth and shimmer rather than a flat painted look.

How big is it and how does it hang?

Approximately 16″ × 12″ (40 × 30 cm) and under 4 lb. A sawtooth / keyhole hanger is built into the back — one nail or hook and it's up.

Why is each one a little different?

Because it's genuinely handmade. The torch burn, the charred torn edges and the ripple of the flag are slightly unique on every piece — that's the point.

What is your refund & return policy?

Because every cross is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind — please order carefully. If your cross arrives damaged or faulty, just reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement (or a refund if we can't replace it). See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

How do I care for it?

Display it indoors. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth and keep it out of direct weather and excess moisture so the wood and resin stay beautiful.

Where do you ship?

We ship free across the United States with full tracking. Shipping options and estimated transit times are shown at checkout.
