Every cross ships free within the United States, with full tracking.

Made-to-order timeline (estimates)

We start crafting the moment you order — no waiting for a batch:

• Processing: ~1–2 business days.
• Production: approximately 7–15 business days — torch-burned, resin-poured, engraved and assembled by hand.
• Shipping: approximately 6–10 business days with tracking.

Refunds & returns

Because every cross is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. Once your order is placed it goes straight into production, so please order carefully.

If your cross arrives damaged or faulty, just reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement — or a refund if we can't replace it. You never deal with the carrier; we do.
